My adventures in Denver have merely just begun which in my mind means “eat more food!” If you are looking for a cozy fun breakfast or brunch spot I absolutely recommend Denver Biscuit Company. The one pictured is located off of East Colfax.
With a super cute little coffee area where you get to pick your own mug and dress up a cup of joe to your liking, to typical brunch cocktails, and every form of biscuit you can think of. When “brunching” (a totally new concept to my midwest frame of mind 🙂 ) my friend Mallory and I agree to always share one sweet and one savory item. On this particular day we chose The Dahlia sandwich and the Giant Biscuit Cinnamon roll. Each dish was huge! And equally fantastic. Definitely recommend the gravy for those who decide to brunch first and heath later. Both she and I enjoy cocktails on the less sweet end, but we were recommended by a friend to try “Dad’s Coffee” (and yes I did get a regular cup of coffee, a coffee cocktail, and a refill on the regular coffee :)but on to more important matters)…now if you enjoy vanilla lattes or a milk chocolate mocha this could definitely be up your ally. For the two of us it was a bit on the sweeter side of things.
According to my research I have found there are two official Denver Biscuit Companies in the Denver area. I do hope you get a chance to try them soon!

    Sincerely,
